Hi I'm using TCAD simulation 'Sentaurus', making TFET.
I have a question about Tunneling model.

E1 model's striking weakness is that it can't implement zero bias condition. It means if bias exists or not, always there is current.
But Schenk model can implement zero bias condition unlike E1 model.
How does Schenk model implemnet zero bias condition?
please help me T^T

Thank you for reading
