How do I fix read asynchronously in formality?

Hi.now I'm trying to implement by using formality.
but I have some warning like this.

Warning: Variable is (are) being read asyncronously. This may cause simulation -synthesis .ismatch.

so What am I suppose to do to fix this problems?
