How do i find the rate of change of output voltage in this circuit?

and also will the rate of change increase if cascaded

I am not clear what you mean by "lag" in an integrator? The rate of change of the output voltage depends on the input voltage.

If you are referring to a delay between the input voltage changing and the output rate settling that would depend on the op amps slew rate I suppose; there may be some ringing at large changes.

i meant a time lag and sorry for not being clear

if the comparators are cascaded then you mean to say that the time lag at each comparator will be dependent on the voltage ip given to each comparator is it so

If the input is a square wave, the output is a triangle wave.

i get it i was wrong sorry for the confusion mistook it for comparator sorry
