what is the working principle of co planar waveguide ?
how an antenna radiates wave when cpw feed is given.. ?

As for your second question, that's pretty vague. If you feed power into the matched input of an antenna, it'll generally radiate, regardless of what transmission line structure you use to feed it. Do you have a specific example that you have questions about, perhaps a picture of the circuit in question?
