how can to specify the pin of FET with VOM ?

Those contacts which have less resistance are source and drain. They can be used interchangeably. Gate is the rest of the three. This method applies to those FET which are of depletion mode.

but i use voltmultimeter to specify the FET's pin and identify the FET live or die.

the configuration is S D G frm the small hinge in the case

with a VOM you can use the low resistance between S and D to identify them

use voltmeter to specify pims
