How can I write AT commands on MCU

Hi.
I have project that two sensor and (fire and burglar).When they are alert,MCU will send SMS to my cellphone.And I wanna use cellphone this project not GSM module.
And then I studied AT commands.I used my cellphone(siemens C55) with data cable.I connected it com port.And I studied AT commands by hyper terminal.And I know how to send sms.But I dont know How to translate this command in C language to programing chip.
plz help me.I am beginner.
 

If we interfaced sony ericson t290i with 8051 microcontroller, if sms is recieved on mobile then is there any way that mobile automatically interupts the controller to inform that new sms is recieved.
 

when a SMS comes the mobile usually send a "+CMTI: <no>" via the serial port so u can wait for it .
