Hi friends:
I am assigned to design a RF power amplifier, which needs to be operating at 1MHz and output as high as 500W power. I have totally no idea on even finding the starting point, anyone could kindly give me some suggestions to begin with? My knowledge are mostly on RF test, not the design.
