How can i start my project(High-power amplifier)

Hi friends:
I am assigned to design a RF power amplifier, which needs to be operating at 1MHz and output as high as 500W power. I have totally no idea on even finding the starting point, anyone could kindly give me some suggestions to begin with? My knowledge are mostly on RF test, not the design. Thanks very much for your help.
 

You should define some more data. Bandwith (could be 1 MHz narrow band or DC..1 MHz) and output impedance respectively voltage.
