How can I simulate diode with antenna structutes using HFSS

Hi,
I want to simulate a structure that consists of a diode and an antenna. How can I simulate it using Ansoft HFSS. Some papers talking about using internal port to represent the diode in the simulation. Can anybody tell me how to do it and where can I find the relavent information?

Why don't you design the antenna, export the S-parameters of it. Then find out the S-parameters of the diode you are going to use, treat the S-parameters of both the antenna and diode as black boxes and then set up a circuit simulation in ADS.
