How can I parameterize the curve

Dear all,

I wanted to design a 3D U shape on above my substrate in HFSS, But i am unable to parameterize the curve of the U shape? can anyone guide me please?
 

do you need help writing equations for the shape,
or do have equations and need help implementing if in HFSS?

, yes, if you could help me to do write a equation for creating curve and parameterize, finally make 3D shape.
