How can I make a system, that give the solar intensity?

Dear Grigor,

There are many ways.

The most simple way would be to measure the resistance change of a Photo resistor.
A simple resistors based voltage divider, tied to a stable voltage source will provide you a good indication of light intensity.
All that's left to do is to display the measurement.
