How can i increase the current?

i have 15V,0.5amps and i would to like to increase the the current upto 3A. Is it possible r not?

that depends on the components which you already have in your circuit.
if you list out, you would probably get an answer
 

the input and output voltage and current must be defined,
you haven't defined the output voltage or the circuit that produces the 15v.
