how to connect rc snubber to 3 phase motor

i am controlling a 3 phase motor through a 3 pole relay. how to connect rc snubber for 3 phase circuit to protect relay contacts.

can i connect like this 1st rc snubber to r phase and neutral 2nd rc snubber to y phase and neutral 3rd to b phase and neutral. ?

Re: how to connect rc snubber to 3 phase motor

A delta-connected (phase-to-phase) snubber circuit seem more straightforward because the motor has no neutral terminal at all. But limited voltage rating may suggest a star connected snubber. Both can work.

Generally snubbers for motor relays/contactors are rather unusual and would be only practical for small (e.g. < 100 W) motors.

Re: how to connect rc snubber to 3 phase motor

In general you connect the snubber circuit over the relay contacts, regardless of how many phases you use. The snubber will normally be a capacitor and a resistor in series over the contact.
