How can I change the pulse frequency to voltage level?

frequency to voltage

i have series of pulse produced from incremental encoder.. is there any possible way i can change the pulse frequency to voltage level??????

Your question is not clear.
Btw, use a charge pump if you wanna convert signal's frequency to voltage.
If your encoder generates a digital signal use a DAC to convert the coded data to voltage.

solution 1>using a pll and set the control voltage of VOC as output;
solution 2>monostable Circuit+ Integrator;
