How can I adjust HFSS to excite TE 564?
This is the mode what I need.
The cavity resonates at this lowest mode.
Need help.

What is the type of the cavity (rectangular, circular ... . ) and do you just want to know its resonance frequency and the field or are you going to use it in a filter ?

thank you very much for your interest to my problem.
here is attached my file.
it is rectangular with lengths 64x53x30 all are in cm
f=2.45 ghz
what i want to know "how will i tell HFSS to excite the waveguide by TE 564 mode?"
