HOW we are satisfying Nquist rate in case of analog to digital converter...ie in the process of continuous to sample conversion?

that i know ....Mr echo17...

but no where we are woorying about that formula in our converter architecture.. woorying only about it conversion timeand number of components it needs .....ie whether we assuming all the conversion methods satisfying this formula or we simply dont bother about it
