Hello!
I looked up at wiki and google ,and found the definitions confusing..

This is what I think:
Both NRZM and NRZI represents a "one" by a transition from one level to another while a no transition means a "zero". The difference between the two is when these transitions occur. For NRZM, the transition occurs at the trailing edge of the message clock while for NRZI, the transition occurs at the leading edge. So, if you are going to graph the NRZM and NRZI outputs from a sequence of "ones" and "zeroes", the NRZI output would just appear as delayed compared to NRZM.

Is this correct?

Thanks
