Hi

I have couple of qustions.
1. How antenna diode will work.
2. How charges discharge through DIODE (charges may be +ve or -ve).

antenna diodes are reverse biased diodes connecting various conductors in the layer stack to a local well, they are designed to prevent accumulation of charge during processing since unchecked accumulation of charge can cause gate oxide damage.

while the reverse biased current is negligible (for almost all applications) at normal operating temperatures, at the high temperatures used during processing the antenna diodes conduct enough current to effectively discharge the conductors they are connected to

Antenna diode just work as ESD protection device that will clamping gate voltage.
