I have downloaded it but when I try to extract it (file *.rar), the software announce that it does not belong to RAR type! What's the problem here???

But you can easily do this with Picbasic.

I think it quit OLD. We cannot use it in Tone Dialing telephone line. It work only with pulse dialing. If for tone we need more complicate circuit and IC. Any way it good for learn PIC 12 with this example.
I wonder have any one had code for MT887xx for tone dialing.
