What can you do to fix hold time after tapeout? Can you fix by decreasing voltage or operating at higher temperature so the data is slower?

Certainly, but you already know you could have an hold time violation in your chip?

No I was just wondering because I've been asked this question in an interview before.

Reducing the voltage should help with the hold timing violations.
I dont know how r u inc the temperature to fix it ?

Reduce the voltage and decrease the Operating frequency

The frequency does not impact the hold time.
