The eval board attached (pg 10) calls out C1-C4 of a value of 330pF. Is this value appropriate for 2.4GHz application?
 

Yep.

But you could have figured that out for yourself. You want a dc blocking cap to have a reactance of <0.1 ohm in a 50 ohm system. the impedance of a capacitor is just Z=1/jωc.

So, the minimum C you want is C = 1/|(2 * Π * 2.4*10^9 * 0.1 ohm)|
