Hello,
I am an IC design engineer at Teratech Corp in Burlington MA.
One of our custom ICs is a HV driver chip. It is currently built in
80v CMOS process, but we are looking to increase the operating
voltage range. I am looking to compile a list of foundries that will
supply wafer service in HV process. All technologies will be considered.
Multi-project wafer service is also a BIG plus !!
Please help by suggesting foundries ...

TSMC
UMC
Xfab
Austria Micro
Dalsa
...

Thanks for your help, Dave

Jazz has some interesting HV variants that they "bolt on" to their standard
CMOS / BiCMOS flows.

I recommend XFAB.

Telefunken Semi -an Atmel spinoff- has an SOI HV process for automotive applications, it was not the best experience for us (model issues)

AMS HV process -for different application- looks good so far

There are many HV process in China too. ASMC, NEC, CSMC are among them.
