Dear Engineers, could you recommend an Analog Switch that has at least 16 channels, with high voltage at least 100Vs.
a problem of our project is need to manually switch between two bundles of 8 wires. with high voltage of 100v. as simple as that. ... the reason we are going for analog switches is to avoid noises.
actually, I av read some datasheets such as that of hv219. but what i am not sure is where does serial input data come from. and i really hate to use these clock in data....
is there any other analog switch that has simple enable control pins?
You can build a HV switch using PNP BJT or P-channel MOSFETs .. have a look at the picture below - top part ..
Of course, this is not the final design, and for 100V applications you will need to select HV transistors and select proper resistors ..
But if you hate "clock in data" this could be a good starting point ..

thank you for your kind reply, i will study on it.
Cheers
