push pull driver

Hello,

I'm looking for IC which meets the following criteria:

1. small package IC
2. TTL input levels
3. Can drive from 8 to 16 outputs with voltage up to 20V
4. Output currents <10mA, actually the currents are mainly capacitive currents when loading the parasitic capacitances
5. Speed characteristics - propagation delay <200nS, edges <100nS

It's more likely to call it "level shifter - from 3V to 20V".

Somebody told me that TI CD3238 is doing the same but I can get any data sheet for it.

Best regards

high voltage push pull

are you sure 10mA is enough,,,,remeber the miller capacitance too.

try IRF.COM

they are good with that sort of stuff
