what is the best sensor that can be used for sensing pressure of the order of 1atm , i want to measure the pressure of a cylindrical ballon like object that grows , i want to calculate the pressure builds there

These are highly priced , does these needs anymore interfacing with an uc to connect to PC ? ,
Does anyone knows low priced ones ?

You have the options relative (to atmosphere) or absolute pressure sensor. And should decide about required accuray and long term stability.
