High Output Current Buffer

current buffer

Salaam everybody.

Can anyone suggest a buffer chip with HI Voltage and current output.
I need this buffer to drive a 700pf Load in 10MHz Clock pulse with 12V voltage swing.

high current buffer

700pf at 10mhz is about 20ohm. to swing 12v, you have to provide 500ma current.

I would look into those diamond buffers, either discrete or IC. Intersil (the el2000 family) and TI have quite a few of them.
