Hi,

I want to know how i can measure each winding's leakage inductance?

thanks in advance

Dead short all the other windings and measure the inductance of the winding of interest.

In a "perfect" transformer there would be reflected a total dead short with zero inductance.
Any residual inductance will be the resulting leakage inductance,
