Hi
I want to design a 48V, 40A MPPT, I want to know that what topology should I follow (1) non isolated buck converter (2) Push pull (3) Half bridge/ full bridge.

The answer depends on intended input- and output voltage range.
 

Simple answer 4 batteries in series(48v) and 4 Solar panel in series.
