hi
hhh ok thanks alexan_a & qayyoum
this cct in "proteus"
now i need pulse to the two IRG4BC10KD
because i dont know how to use pulse in proteus
hint : i need any pulse tool

this cct View attachment p.rar

You can access the sources from the following icon

Use the pulse source (the attachment was from a reply in another thread so it was showing how to insert an AC source, ignore the arrows)

okman i have seen your circuit it dont have any switch. i didn't understand what "i don't know how to turn this circuit because i don't know how to trigger the switch" means.
Your question is unclear.

ok, don't care and i am sorry
the circuit is designed in proteus program
i don't know how to trigger the IRG4BC10U (IGBT)
when you run the program the circuit it turn but the out put voltage is very low because i could not to trigger the IGBT
thanks
the circuit is here

To Turn On the IGBT you have to apply voltage greater than the threshold voltage at gate terminal. I dont know the the threshold voltage of the IGBT you are using. See its datasheet. If you simply apply DC voltage on gate greater than threshold voltage IGBT triggers and turn on. For this there is a terminal mode present in the left pane of your Proteus window, click on that and select POWER than place it in the schematic and connect it to the gate terminal. Now to change the voltage right click on the POWER model and then click Edit Properties and in the string field type the Voltage you want (e.g 2.56v,5v,-1.28v etc). If you want to give a PULSE to the gate of IGBT you can find it in left pane in generator mode and to change its freguency etc just right click on it and go to edit properties.

Hope this helps

ok,
I am waiting .......

Dear Okman,
I have made yours given circuit in proteus and found that the IGBT no.IRG4BC10KD you picked from the library seems to be a spice file(compatible spice component) which can be used with advanced engineering skill and it's a quite lengthy procedure to make yours good self understand, however you may pick it from help menu.
You may pick another IGBT like IRGB14C40L lying default in liberary, replace it and the simulation will start.
However your given circuit is pretty good one and practically workable provided you feed the IGBT with reasonable voltage.Regards
