Could you tell me which C compiler surport this kind of MCU, Where I can download the compiler software?

You can download demo versions of both compilers at the manufacturers website but I am afraid both demos do not support your processor :-(

Consider using assembly language. PIC12 series is a tiny processor with limited system resources. In my humble opinion, it's not a good idea to use compiler with PIC12 processor.
