HFSS License Release Trouble After Crash

When HFSS crashes or fails to start (which seems to happen alot for me, depending on how I launch it), there is often some time I need to wait before I can check out the license again.

Anyone have similar experience? I am running HFSS 13.0 on Windows 7. I suspect Windows 7 has something to do with it, since I can't recall ever having this problem on XP.
 

did you find any sol. to it?
My HFSS 13 also crashes in windows 7
