HFSS error after changing the material to aluminium

hi,
I simulated a structure with PEC as material. When I change the material to aluminum HFSS gives " Port refinement, process abc3d died unexpectedly"....can any one help me on this?

the problem was probably due to the fact that hfss uses denser meshes for othe metals apart from pec. if the aluminium layer is thick, then, the meshing will be more. So the refinement process will also be complex. Try reducing the mesh refinement accuracy. it may help

Also try to reduce the mesh resolution and check if the frequency you have specified matches to the geometry.
