I have started my research in the feild of microwaves peculiarly in the feild of composite right left handed metamaterials. I am a new user to HFSS software. Can any one help with the basics or recommend me the material to get started.

I have used HFSS extensively for this topic. There's some good tutorials over at EMTalk.
