HFSS 15 on Scientific Linux or a other free distrubtion

Hi,

I want to run HFSS on Scientific Linux 6.3 (or mayby an other free Linux distrubtion).
If I try to install it, I got the error "... does not contain enough space to extract temporary files". But there are more then enough.
Has everyone else tried to install HFSS 15 on SL?

Or maybe is there an another free Distribution?
