Can I use the same installation disk that I used for 32 bit windows to install HFSS 11 in 64 bit Windows?
Or do I need a new HFSS disk, that is specifically compiled from Ansoft for 64 bit OS?

No, the software CD is the same for 32-bit or 64-bit.
