HF Semi Planar structure of 13.56MHz In ADS!

Hi I am simulating 13.56 MHz Semi ring structure for a specific application! But i dont know how to find the inductance of the planar Semi circular structure, In ADS! I am not getting any resonance at 13.56 ! And i would like to simulate with 97pf capacitance!

Its a 4 layer structure in 1mm thickness! FR4 used!
