To learn analog layout first requrement is you have good grip on digital layout. After that you need to know what is difference between anlog and digital layout and then you have to make simple one differential amplifier for which you have to decide specification first have to simulate on spice its schematic and then after you got result there you have to buld on your knowledge layout of that and then check its simulation result and see how much deviation is there.
This is first stage for this after that yu are tarained to fly in sky of analog layout your self.
