I have build a hex file that size is 22kb but i m using pic16f877a. Can i use this hex file. When i simulate this it show that simulation can't run due to excessive cpu load. Is there any solution? Please tell me ?

The problem with speed is not the digital simulation that runs very fast, but it is the digital to analogue transition that causes the problem. One possible solution depending on the design is to change the pull up resistors and diodes to digital ones, (this will not work in all cases) To change the resistors and diodes to digital ones in Proteus select properties of the resistor or diode one at a time and select digital in the drop down box from the default of analogue.
