Help with using multisim with lm5116

cannot get the lm5116 to act like it is enabled. i.e. I expect to see pulses on HO and ramp on RAMP. Using circuit from Webench among others but none seem to work so transistors are controlled by PWM pulses. Using transient can see SS pin rise to over 5v, UVLO OVER 1.25v.

(Psssst: A complete schematic and images of the described transient results would do much to fill in the missing information here for any worthwhile answers.)

the softstart seems to ramp up correctly but the built in oscillator does not seem to start and bring the output voltage to 72V. 47k and 910 ohms would give 72v.

Posting multisim files makes sense in a Multisim user forum, but not as sole information at Edaboard. Please provide at least a schematic print of your specific circuit.
