I have a Micron DDR3 chip printed on my board, and I want to know its type.
On its front, there are two lines, the 1st is "IRD22", the 2nd is "D9NZQ".
I`ve googled it, but nothing helped.

it might be MT41J64M16.
but when I try MIG to generate the core, the BA[2:0] is correct, the core generates A[12:0](I select MT41J64M16 in the MIG). however, A[13:0] is in the schematic map, so the physical pins are A[13:0], not the A[12:0] generated in the MIG.

Could anyone help identify the type of the chip?
thanks in advance.

Micron follows a strange way marking their parts. Go to the FBGA part decoder on Micron website and enter the marking on the chip. The Decoder tool on Micron website will show the Part number.
