Help with SG3625A

Hi eveyone,

I'm students and trying to understand how this (SG3525A)circuit works.

1.The top section(highlited with redin the picture) is called undervoltage lockdown ,what does that mean? what is its purpose?

2. The middle section is called F/F. what is this? is it a flip flop?, but what kind?

3. The last one, here i'm lost , what is the section main purpose?

Your help will be appreciated
