Hi

We are currently engaged in 94GHz design, what materials is most preferable in the frequency ? We planned to use with microstrip line.

aprox:
standard thickness 0.1 mm
Er 2-3

I suggest to use Rogers RO5880, Er=2.2, tan(delta)=0.0009, height=5mil, so attenuation is 29.6db/m @94G.
