Hi,

Does anyone know how to design the input buffer for the active inductor bandpass filter circuit?

It is mentioned in some literature that we directly connect input signal into the gate of a transistor, and it will convert the voltage into current.

My questions are:
1) do I need to put impedance matching at the gate, isn't the impedance between gate and source/drain is very high already?

2) Is the transistor need to be bias with Vdd or is it biased by the active inductor circuit itself?
