help with construction of new model in pspice

What device/component you are trying to model ?
Model Editor has some predefined list of devices which you can model based on I-V characteristics.

I am trying to design a NEMS switch, Where can i find the MODEL editor, canyou please give me some more info on that..

Model editor is shipped alond with Pspice Installation.
Just type modeled.exe on command shell in order to launch it.
I am afraid that the predefined list does not include switches.
So you would need to design it from scratch using behavioral sources and other devices.

you mean voltage and current controlled switches for behavioral sources?
Can you please help me in getting started with it. Iam new to using of Pspice
