Help! which figure tool for RF publications?

Want to publish a RF paper and class note, tried Excel, Visio, ADS2003, and found all of those tools are terrible for creating figures, chart, circuits diagram for publication purpose.

Who knows BEST tools for it?

Have you tried Microsoft PowerPoint?
This package has been specially developed for preparing presentations ..

Yes, Power Point is much worse than Visio, useless for paper publication.

Since I need to draw MOSFET, Amp. waveform, Noise, IP3, .... many RF chart. Also need to draw X-axis, Y-axis..

Does anyone use CorelDraw to draw circuits diagram and X-Y chart?
