HELP! special inverter

I've a big problem!
I have to build an ATE system to test triphase transformers.
So, to do it I have to feed the DUT with a power with these parameters:
- Vout: variable from 30 Vrms to 500 Vrms
- Iout: 3-4 Arms max
- frequency: variable from 50 Hz to 1kHz

I search some motor inverter but everyone fail in one or more point..
Can someone help me?
