i got a circuit last time, build a traffic light circuit, with using capacitor, resistor, transistor only, without ic.. but i lose it... i couldn't find with google too..

could anyone suggest me?

just would like to make that simple circuit for my sister to have fun of it..
 

please give specification how much lights you want..
is it for one side only..
or all four side...
