Help!! Sensor doesn't work well even we changed the cap

I'm using QT101 ic to make my sensor, the sensitivity is not that strong if i add a arylic below the copper, but it doesn't work well, when touch the panel.
 

I have no idea what chip that is, but for a touch sensor board you need stable plastic caps and not ceramic FYI. Consider polyamid insulator smallest thickness .. goes by Kapton brand in tape instead of acrylic
