help needed with LDPC encoding and decoding

LDPC Codes

I have a 4 data parallel streams of 10^6 binary number. I want to perform. LDPC encoding and decoding for this. Plz help.

Dear Sir I'm Now working on DVB-2S using LDPC. Would you like to Share Matlab Coding!!!!!
 

LDPC Codes

I'm also working on LDPC code but my block size is moderate.

The size of your input is 10^6, isn't it ?
 

I was working on MATLAB and i don't think it would be able to handle this much of data. As said above, people are working with moderate data. My code works with small data rates but same thing gets stuck when using large data.
