Help needed in Winsock

hello
i m going to design a circuit on which i m using PIC microcontroller and one ethernet port is there. i using TCP/IP protocol for transfring the data. i m using winsock tool from vb6 to send the data from PC to microcontroller.
Can any one help me regardig the code design or send the code to my email id.

Do u want the code that should be written in the controller side or on the PC ?
